  • 50% refund within 24 hours of check-in
  • Service fees fully refunded
Moderate
  • Full refund up to 5 days before check-in
  • 50% refund between 5 days and 24 hours
  • No refund within 24 hours of check-in
Strict
  • 50% refund up to 14 days before check-in
  • No refund within 14 days of check-in
  • Service fees non-refundable
