It's the profit on a booking, not the booking price. When a customer books a £2,000 holiday, most of that money goes to the airline, hotel, tour operator, taxes and card fees. What's left after those supplier costs is the net margin — typically £150–£500 per trip.
Every commission in this plan is paid out of net margin — never out of the booking total, and never out of subscription fees. No real travel sold = no commissions to pay. The plan is tied 1:1 to real revenue.
A company-wide ceiling: in any month, total commissions paid to all partners combined cannot exceed 50% of company net revenue. The other 50% stays with the company to cover staff, tech, refunds, tax and profit.

To earn beyond Generation 2 in any month, you must have produced at least 2 personal customer booking in the last 60 days. Pure recruiters compress out; active sellers keep earning deep.

Every rank has a published monthly payout ceiling (Agent £1,500 → Ambassador £250,000). Earn over the cap and the overflow is retained by the company — preventing runaway compounding that has bankrupted older MLMs.
There is no monthly cap on the £100 direct-signup bonus — every successful direct partner you activate pays in full. Because the bonus is pre-funded from each new partner's £300 activation fee, the company's payout liability scales 1:1 with revenue. It's also excluded from team-build cap maths so it never crowds out your travel commissions.
Commissions on travel bookings are held in the reserve until the 60-day refund window passes. You're never paid on a booking that later refunds — and you're never asked to claw back income you've already spent.
Total monthly commission payout is capped at 50% of company net revenue. If a record month would breach this, payouts auto-throttle and excess rolls into a partner pool the next month. The company can never pay out more than it earns.

Stream 4 (Customer Loyalty Bonus) is self-funding by construction — it only pays when a real repeat booking happens, out of that booking's own margin. The company can never pay out more than it earns.
The Mentor Match pays a flat 20% on the Stream 2 personal service commissions of every partner you personally sponsor. There are no tiers and no cap on how many directs you can match — but you have to stay active yourself to earn it, so passive recruiting alone produces nothing.
