The safeguards that keep this plan sustainable

Most MLMs collapse because they pay out more than they bring in. Our plan is mathematically capped, anchored in real travel sales, and reserves cash for refunds before paying commission.

What is "net travel margin"?

It's the profit on a booking, not the booking price. When a customer books a £2,000 holiday, most of that money goes to the airline, hotel, tour operator, taxes and card fees. What's left after those supplier costs is the net margin — typically £150–£500 per trip.

Every commission in this plan is paid out of net margin — never out of the booking total, and never out of subscription fees. No real travel sold = no commissions to pay. The plan is tied 1:1 to real revenue.

What is the 50% "solvency cap"?

A company-wide ceiling: in any month, total commissions paid to all partners combined cannot exceed 50% of company net revenue. The other 50% stays with the company to cover staff, tech, refunds, tax and profit.

If a record month would push payouts above the cap, the system auto-throttles — every cheque is trimmed pro-rata and the shortfall rolls into next month's partner pool. This is the hard backstop: the company can never pay out more than it takes in, no matter how big the network grows.

Anchored in real travel margin

The biggest income streams (personal service 20%, Team Override 3% on every active partner to unlimited depth) pay from actual booking margin. Recruiting alone never generates the bulk of income — building real travel customers does.

0% paid from subscriptions

Not a single penny of the £30/month is paid out as commission. Subscriptions cover platform, voucher fulfilment, compliance and reserves. 100% of commissions come from real travel margin — so payouts can only grow when company revenue grows.

7% chargeback reserve

7% of every commission run is held back into a refund/chargeback reserve. Refunded bookings don't claw back from you — the reserve absorbs them.

2× Fast Start (first 30 days)

Every personal booking you make in your first 30 days as a rep pays out at 2× the normal service commission — so your very first cheques are double-size while you're learning the ropes. Sustainable because it's drawn from the same real travel margin as standard commissions (just front-loaded), and each rep only ever gets one Fast Start window: the 30-day clock starts the day you join and never resets, so the company's payout ratio stays predictable.

Customer-active qualifier

To earn beyond Generation 2 in any month, you must have produced at least 2 personal customer booking in the last 60 days. Pure recruiters compress out; active sellers keep earning deep.

Dynamic compression, no breakage payouts

Inactive partners are compressed past — but the rates passed up are never widened. Commissions that nobody qualifies for stay with the company instead of being paid out. No infinite stacking, no plan blow-up.

Signup bonus paid in a single instalment

Your £100 direct-signup bonus is paid as one lump sum the moment your new partner clears the 14-day cooling-off window. No drip-feed, no vesting schedule — sign them up, they stick, you get paid in full on the next weekly run.

60/40 leg-balance rule

For rank advancement, no single leg can contribute more than 60% of your team volume. Forces partners to build wide and broad — a single mega-leg can't carry a fragile organisation.

Per-rank monthly earnings caps

Every rank has a published monthly payout ceiling (Agent £1,500 → Ambassador £250,000). Earn over the cap and the overflow is retained by the company — preventing runaway compounding that has bankrupted older MLMs.

Unlimited paid direct signups

There is no monthly cap on the £100 direct-signup bonus — every successful direct partner you activate pays in full. Because the bonus is pre-funded from each new partner's £300 activation fee, the company's payout liability scales 1:1 with revenue. It's also excluded from team-build cap maths so it never crowds out your travel commissions.

60-day commission vesting

Commissions on travel bookings are held in the reserve until the 60-day refund window passes. You're never paid on a booking that later refunds — and you're never asked to claw back income you've already spent.

50% company solvency ratio

Total monthly commission payout is capped at 50% of company net revenue. If a record month would breach this, payouts auto-throttle and excess rolls into a partner pool the next month. The company can never pay out more than it earns.

Customer requirement scales with rank

Higher ranks need more monthly customers: Agent 2 → Team Leader 6 → Ambassador 20. You can't climb on pure recruiting — leaders have to keep producing real travel revenue.

15% Team Pool — unlimited depth, capped payouts

Stream 3 pays 3% on every active partner in your downline, every generation, forever — truly unlimited depth. Sustainability comes from the Team Pool: total Stream 3 payouts company-wide can never exceed 15% of net travel margin. Stream 4 (Customer Loyalty Bonus) is self-funding by construction — it only pays when a real repeat booking happens, out of that booking's own margin. The company can never pay out more than it earns.

Mentor Match — flat 20%

The Mentor Match pays a flat 20% on the Stream 2 personal service commissions of every partner you personally sponsor. There are no tiers and no cap on how many directs you can match — but you have to stay active yourself to earn it, so passive recruiting alone produces nothing.

Plan-payout math: Stream 3 (Team Override) is hard-capped at 15% of net travel margin via the Team Pool, and Stream 4 (Customer Loyalty Bonus) is self-funding — it only pays out of an actual repeat booking's own margin, so it can never exceed what the booking itself earned. Combined with the 50% solvency ratio, total commissions can never exceed half of company net revenue. Every cheque is funded by margin we've already booked — never by tomorrow's recruits.

Is this a pyramid scheme?

What is the Team Override, in plain English?

What is dynamic compression?

If a partner above an active member becomes inactive, their position is skipped for commission purposes — you still get paid as if the active partner sat directly underneath the next active sponsor. Nobody's hard work gets blocked by someone who stops paying.

How are generational commissions calculated?

Strictly on real travel-booking margin. For every customer booking made by an active partner anywhere in your downline, you receive 3% of the net margin — every generation, to truly unlimited depth (Team-Pool capped at 15%). On top of that, every repeat booking from one of your own personal customers pays you an extra 5% Customer Loyalty Bonus, funded straight from that booking's margin. The £30/mo subscription is never paid out as commission.

What does the $1249 voucher actually cover?

7 nights of resort accommodation for up to 4 people at any of 3,500+ partner resorts worldwide. You pick the destination and dates from your dashboard. Flights and incidentals aren't included. Voucher is non-cash and valid for 18 months.

Do I have to recruit to earn?

No. You can earn purely as a travel seller — 20% of margin on every booking your customers make, for life. No recruiting required.

What if I stop paying £30/month?

You go inactive — generational, infinity and matching commissions pause until you reactivate (no back-payment required). Your downline and rank are preserved for 90 days, after which your position can be compressed.

When and how am I paid?

Every Friday, for the previous Mon-Sun pay week. Bank transfer (UK/EU) or PayPal. £25 minimum, otherwise rolls into next week.

Is there a refund?

14-day cooling-off period: full refund minus the value of the voucher if it has already been redeemed.

Are earnings guaranteed?

No. Income depends entirely on the activity of you and your team. Calculator figures are illustrative.
